Terms of Service

By installing or using Intent Tab (“the Extension”) or accessing the Intent Tab website (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Intent Tab is a Chrome extension that replaces your new-tab page with a productivity workspace centered on daily intents, Focus Sessions, optional Goal Loops, Quick Tools, planning, reflection evidence, and progress tracking. A Goal Loop connects an outcome to intent direction, locally planned sessions, and session evidence. The Service includes the extension, the upgrade website, the How To guides, the intent library, and the backend API.

You may use Intent Tab without an account (Free tier), including manual offline Goal Loops. Creating an account via Google sign-in enables paid entitlements and optional cross-device sync. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• Pro Monthly ($4.99/mo) — all 100+ library intent sets, unlimited custom sets, AI-assisted intent-set and Goal Loop drafting (subject to the monthly generation allowance), custom supporting intents, six ambient soundscapes, site protection for up to 50 sites, photo backgrounds, custom quick links, day counters, the 30-day daily reflection journal, and optional cross-device sync via Google Drive. Cancel anytime.
• Pro Annual ($39.99/yr) — everything in Pro Monthly at a reduced annual rate. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
• Founder’s Lifetime ($79 once) — everything in Pro, forever. One payment, no recurring charges.

Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). By purchasing a plan, you agree to Paddle’s terms of service. Prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes calculated at checkout.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing portal at any time. Access continues through the end of the billing period.

We offer a 14-day refund on your first purchase, no questions asked. Contact yudhira.apps@gmail.com with your purchase email to request a refund.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension or backend.
• Use the AI generation feature to produce harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, entitlement checks, or security controls.
• Share your account credentials or Pro access with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape the library or API.

Intent Tab, its design, code, and bundled intent sets are the intellectual property of Intent Tab. You retain ownership of custom intent sets, Goal Loop goals and plans, session evidence, reflections, next actions, and other content you create.

Bundled intent sets (e.g., “Laws of Power”) are original interpretations and intent-style rewrites. They are not direct reproductions of any published book.

Intent sets and Goal Loop drafts generated by AI are created on your behalf using Google Gemini. Goal Loop drafts may include summaries, success definitions, milestones, reflection prompts, supporting intents, and schedule recommendations. You own the output and must review it before use. AI output is editable and never activates a Goal Loop or schedules a session automatically.

We do not claim rights to AI-generated content. We cannot guarantee that generated content is unique, complete, accurate, or non-infringing, and recommendations are not professional advice.

Intent Tab may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Planned sessions and reminders are convenience features and do not start work automatically. AI drafts and local rule-based recommendations are suggestions that you choose whether to use. Price changes apply only to new purchases or renewals after the change date.

Intent Tab is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your Pro access ends immediately (or at period end for active subscriptions).

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Intent Tab operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
